Teladoc Health: Virtual Care at No Cost
Effective January 1, 2026, Teladoc Health is available through the NECA-IBEW Welfare Trust Fund to Participants and Dependents covered by active and pre-65 retiree plans, including the under-65 spouses and dependents of over-65 retirees.
This benefit does not apply to over-65 retirees, spouses, and dependents who participate in the Fund’s Humana Medicare Advantage Plan through RetireeFirst.
Get convenient care for common illnesses, skin concerns, and mental health needs without a trip to the doctor’s office.
What Services Are Available?
- 24/7 Care: Talk to a doctor or licensed healthcare professional by phone or video for non-emergency conditions such as colds, coughs, flu, and urinary tract infections.
- Dermatology: Submit an online skin review for conditions such as acne, eczema, and rashes, and receive a personalized treatment plan from a dermatologist.
- Mental Health: Schedule a phone or video visit with a therapist or psychiatric provider for help with stress, anxiety, sleep concerns, and more.
These Teladoc Health services are available at no cost per visit for eligible Participants and Dependents.
