Expanded Access to 90-Day Maintenance Prescriptions
Effective August 1, 2026, the NECA-IBEW Welfare Trust Fund is expanding prescription drug benefits by allowing eligible 90-day maintenance medications to be filled at any participating MedImpact network retail pharmacy.
What's Changing?
Eligible 90-day maintenance prescriptions will no longer be limited to MedImpact Mail Order or CVS retail pharmacies. Beginning August 1, Participants and Dependents may fill eligible 90-day maintenance medications at any participating MedImpact network pharmacy.
There are no changes to your deductible or copayment amounts.

To locate a participating MedImpact network pharmacy:

Most retail pharmacies participate in the MedImpact network. If you need assistance, please contact MedImpact Customer Service at 888-807-5745.
Do You Need to Do Anything?
- Keeping your current pharmacy? No action is required.
- Changing pharmacies? Contact your prescriber after August 1 and request that your prescription be sent to your preferred participating MedImpact network pharmacy.
This benefit enhancement applies to Participants and Dependents covered under active and pre-65 retiree plans. Medicare-eligible retirees and their Medicare-eligible dependents enrolled in the Fund's VibrantRxâ„¢ prescription drug plan are not affected by this change.
