To register click on the Benefits Log In link at the top of www.neca-ibew.org
After hitting the "submit" button, the member login page will come up again with a message in red across the top instructing you to change your password. RENTER THE TEMPORARY PASSWORD IBEW IN THE PASSWORD BOX then enter a new password and confirm your password in the boxes provided on the page that say "new password" and "confirm password" as well as your ID#, Date of Birth (in the format requested) first name, last name AND temporary password ibew must also be retyped in the password box. Then hit the "SUBMIT" button.
After you have successfully changed your password, you will then be directed to the NECA-IBEW disclaimer, which gives an overview of the benefits you will be viewing. After you have read the disclaimer, you will click the link “I understand the above statements and wish to proceed”
This takes you to the benefit page where you can use the menu on the left to view general information such as deductibles and bank hours. You will also be able to view claims data and pension information.
For HIPAA security each family member needs to login separately to view their personal information. If you have tried 3 times to login and were unsuccessful, you will need to contact the FUND to have your password reset and try the process again. You can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have successfully gone through this process, you will enter your password in the password box. You will no longer use the new password and confirm new password boxes.
