Fund Office has changed software systems. We began paying your
claims on the new system as of January 8, 2007. Due to the
software change, your claims information has not been updated
as of the close of business on December 27, 2006. In the coming
weeks, the website will be updated along with other improvements
such as "live time" claims information. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Until then,
please call customer service with any questions you might have
regarding your claims at 1-800-765-4239. |

To check your benefits, please login to NECA-IBEW by entering
your Blue Cross Blue Shield Membership Number, Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name, and Password in the boxes
below. If you don't have a Blue Cross Blue Shield Membership Number, then use your Social Security Number.
